High Impact Leadership
4-6 December 2013, (3 days)
Leadership is at the heart of organisational life, and leadership effectiveness determines the success of the enterprise overall. Leadership consists of how each one of us makes a unique difference to the challenges we face with people and projects. High Impact Leadership is all about finding new and better ways of "being ourselves" through enhanced insight and skill and not about exhausting ourselves trying to change who we are.
This programme will help you become aware of your personality and other traits in order to make you more effective through exploration (questionnaire assessment exercises), reflection (thinking about and discussing one's traits, habits, and behaviours), practice (role play, simulation, and case studies) and self-development (plans to adapt and change to tackle future challenges).
Combines advanced personality instruments and peer feedback to provide participants with a unique perspective on their leadership style.
Participants will leave with a clear development plan to continue their leadership development.
The programme combines the global perspective of an international faculty member with the local knowledge of KSBL faculty.
