Strategising for Competitive Advantage

This programme provides business leaders with both a conceptual understanding and a practical toolkit to formulate and implement coherent strategies. Participants will learn how to develop a strategic framework for creating and sustaining competitive advantage and re-thinking strategy in the light of new economic and business realities in emerging markets like Pakistan.
